Created in response to the need generated by Covid-19 and a need to assist the community with access equity and support any way we can by being an advocate for the patient's healthcare needs.

Our Team and Board are invested in assisting the needs of the community.
To be of service and a beacon of hope to the community that built us.
We will assist underserved communities and individuals with resources.
We will serve as advocates for equitable quality healthcare for all. We will also act as a partner hospital teams, practices, and HCPs in underserved communities to uncover resources to treatment and services for patients who express a need and assistance.
